“If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.”

Hi Reader

I hope you’re ready for this week’s focus: a Physical Reset System.

As the saying goes, “Working your way out of a physical rut is like trying to run a marathon on no sleep.”

We often push our bodies to the limit in pursuit of success, but physical well-being is the foundation for lasting energy and productivity.

In this email, I’ll show you practical steps to reset your body, enhance your physical health and set yourself up for sustained performance.

Common Limiting Beliefs: Physical Wellbeing & Success

Just as with mental health, many entrepreneurs believe physical fitness takes time they can’t afford. They think grinding through long hours without focusing on their body’s needs is the only way to achieve success. But here’s the truth: your body fuels your productivity.

Not only is physical health the foundation for success, but Joseph Pilates said:

“physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

Studies show that business leaders who prioritise physical health, through movement, sleep, and recovery—are more productive and less likely to burn out.

If you’re feeling low energy, your body might be trying to tell you it’s time for a physical reset. This is the system that I implement with my own clients when they first work with me.

Nothing ever good came from a lack of sleep...

The Physical Reset System: Rise From The Rut

Step 1: Optimise For Sleep Duration & Quality

Quality sleep is the starting point for a physical reset. Aim for 7-8 hours per night to allow your body to repair itself. Entrepreneurs who sleep well report better decision-making, mood, and energy - and research shows that poor sleep leads to a 30% decrease in cognitive performance.

The problem is, we think that because we 'get by' our sleep is fine...Well ask yourself this: Wh

You've conditioned yourself to think that the current sleep you're getting is 'normal' and you don't realise how bad your sleep is until you fix it or improve it.

Step 2: Daily Movement is Non-Negotiable

You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to feel the benefits. In fact, when I work with a client, I don't tell them to train (at the start). Just 30 minutes of moderate exercise, like a brisk walk or a quick bodyweight workout, can have big impacts on your physical health, focus and mood. Regular movement also helps reduce fatigue, meaning you’ll get more done in less time.

We also think that movement takes our energy...well if you become a regular (smart) exerciser, then it GIVES you energy. The return on investment is real.

Step 3: Hydrate and Fuel Your Body

The 2 types of fuel for your body are water & nutrients.

Most of us live in a dehydrated state and never even realise it. This causes brain fog, lack of focus & energy - not to mention nutrient deficiency. The problem is; water alone isn't a great way to hydrate efficiently, but using electrolytes & salt, you can faster hydrate the appropriate places of the body.

How to hydrate properly:

  1. Electrolytes
  2. Celtic salt in water

After you've hydrated, think about what you're eating on a daily basis. I'm not going to lecture you on the healthiest ways to eat because that requires a whole individual email with personalised recommendations but the fact of the matter is, you are probably indulging in a consistent bad habit that you could easily stop right now...

So DO IT.

Strategies for High-Level Physical Performance

1. Consistency Over Intensity

It’s not about hitting the gym for hours; it’s about consistency. Think about 1% changes; don't eliminate all your bad habits & restrict yourself to a regime that you don't enjoy. Simply swap 1 bad habit today and maintain that for 1 week, and build upon that solid foundation.

2. Active Recovery

Rest doesn’t mean doing nothing. So many people say "it's rest day" and then sit on the sofa the whole day without leaving the house. Get sunlight, get moving and release the stress and tightness in your body.

3. Create a Physical Health System

Just like you have business systems, set a clear routine for physical health. Schedule your workouts, meal times, and sleep, making sure your body has what it needs to perform at its best. Preparation is the best form of motivation.

I'm willing to help 3-5 people IMPLEMENT all of the above.

Reply with 'RESET' and I'll send you more information.
