Even I go through phases of needing a hard reset to become less chaotic and more structured. The thing is, they're too emotional about it all...If they could just see their life as a project, they'd be much better at handling adversities & challenges. I heard one person had a spreadsheet of the pros and cons of getting married to his fiance, turns out there were more cons but he did it anyway...
